A: Our product
ranges are manufactured from the purest and safest ingredients

Q: As Neways products are not in shops where can I
buy them?
A: You can purchase Neways products from us. We
are independent distributors. To purchase products please
go to our Product pages. For personal service from
us, choose your products and/or formulate your queries,
and place your order (at retail prices) through ppp@keep-your-health.info or
+44 (0)1278 733100 (GMT; sometimes answer machine). To buy
direct (at wholesale prices), sign up as Preferred Customer
(or Distributor).
Q: I keep hearing about the dangers associated with
chemicals being added to products but have seen little detailed
information on them. Where can I go to find this?
A: Try our page called "Research, Testimonials
and Press Articles". On its sub-pages are links to
a wealth of information files that might well answer your
question.
Q: Neways products as a business opportunity, how
does that work?
A: Neways is a network marketing company, sometimes
also referred to as multi-level marketing (MLM). Click on
Business Opportunity in the menu for more details.
Q: I love the sound of the products, however, I don’t
wish to set up a business, am I still able to order?
A: Just visit our Product
pages, select what you are looking for and order. If
you would like to be a regular customer, then why not become
a Preferred Direct Customer – and save 30%+ (wholesale
prices). You can order directly through us by phone or email
at full retail price - useful if you wish to discuss anything
with us.
Q: What sort of support is there for someone new to
business?
A: There is a massive amount of help. Tools available
to help you include CD-ROMs, DVDs, as well as business and
product literature; office support 8am-6pm Monday-Friday,
and a selection of road shows and meetings. Above all there
is a starter Business Kit. "Contact us" (through
menu page) for more information.
Q: Do you operate a product refund policy?
A: In addition to any warranties or guarantees given
by law, Neways guarantees its products as to satisfactory
quality of manufacture. If a product is defective at the
time of delivery to the customer, the customer must notify
Purity Personal Products of the defect within 15 days of
delivery. Please indicate if a replacement or refund is
required. Postage will be paid/ refunded in each direction
by Purity Personal Products.
